Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your local authorized carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
